How do we attract more customers to our store?

At Latenzo, you’ll shop the latest fashion, shoes and accessories. Their stores in Udenhout and Goirle offer a wonderful selection of brands, a great atmosphere and you’ll always be welcomed by an enthusiastic team. Their website serves as the storefront for the shops and was created by Webkracht.

The request

Latenzo wanted more customers in their physical stores. They knew they needed to take a step forward online. They asked Webkracht to develop a new website and newsletter. They also requested support for several online social campaigns.

The challenge

In addition to the two stores, Latenzo also had an online store. However, the webshop and the physical store were administratively separate channels. This wasn’t always clear to visitors and created several challenges.

Deciding to discontinue the webshop presented another challenge: how to engage their in-store customers even more.

The focus therefore shifted to designing and building a beautiful, well-functioning website that would drive more foot traffic to the stores.

The result

After several sessions, it was decided to create a sleek, clear and modern website. The design aligns perfectly with the store’s style and other branding. A lot of visuals and icons were used to enhance the experience.

The Shop The Look section was created to give people an idea of what’s trending and available in-store for the season. The extensive brand database helps enthusiasts find the right brand. These pages also perform well in Google searches, driving new customer growth.

Another great feature is the personal shopping planner. With this planner, you can easily schedule an appointment in the online calendar. You share your style preferences, and the Latenzo team selects the right clothing for you. During a personal fitting session, you’ll be helped to find your favorite outfit.

About Latenzo Udenhout

When you think of fashion stores in Udenhout, Latenzo is likely the first name that comes to mind. This family business has been a well-known name in the city and surrounding areas for over 50 years. A lot has changed over the years, but one thing remains certain: at Latenzo, you’ll always shop the latest women’s and men’s fashion.

Latenzo started in 1962 as an atelier with 35 seamstresses. Soon after, a ready-to-wear production hall was opened alongside the atelier.

Over the years, Latenzo grew into a thriving fashion chain with stores in Udenhout and Goirle.

Our motto is 'as quickly as possible!' That means we can often schedule a meeting the same week. This could be an online meeting, but also a meeting at our office in Tilburg, at your company, or somewhere in between.

Do you also offer hosting and maintenance?

Absolutely! We handle all technical maintenance for your website. This includes not only hosting, but also the maintenance of your website, application, or dedicated server.

Often, our customers choose to manage their website and content themselves. However, if you don’t have the time or simply prefer to outsource it, we can take care of that for you as well.

Together with you, we’d be happy to set up, migrate, and maintain your website and social media.

Which software or CMS do you recommend?

Which software or CMS is best for you depends entirely on your needs. There is a lot of software available that you can use to set up great websites and web projects.

We prefer to work with open source systems, or systems where we have extensive experience, so that we can guarantee the quality of our work. We work with WordPress, Drupal, Magento and TYPO3, among others. We also work with the Laravel framework and the Laravel-based CMS Exolog.

Every system has its advantages and disadvantages, which we would be happy to discuss with you, so that you always make the best choice for your project. Do you have an interesting system, clever software or a great CMS that we should know about? Feel free to discuss it with us!

How much does my new website cost?

A good question, but a difficult one to answer, since the answer depends precisely on your wishes and needs.

Building a custom-designed and programmed website is a different story than simply choosing and adjusting a template.
