We process personal data when you visit our website, contact us, are a customer or contact person of a customer, request a quote, use our services, receive support or subscribe to Webkracht communications.
In some cases, we process personal data on behalf of our customers, for example when hosting, managing or supporting customer websites. In such situations, the customer is usually the data controller and Webkracht acts as the data processor.
3. What personal data do we process?
Depending on the situation, we process, among other things:
- contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, organization and job title;
- communication data, such as emails, messages, support requests and project communications;
- quote, order, invoice and payment data;
- technical data, such as IP address, browser data, device data, log data and error messages;
- data about website use, cookie preferences and analytics data, insofar as permission has been given for this;
- data that you provide to us yourself via forms, email, phone, meetings or files.
We ask you not to provide us with special or sensitive personal data unless this is necessary for a specific assignment and clear agreements have been made about this in advance.

6. How long do we retain personal data?
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, unless we must retain data longer due to a legal obligation, contract, dispute, security interest or legitimate business interest.
In general, the following applies:
we retain administrative and tax data for a period of 7 years by default;
customer, project and support data are retained for as long as necessary for execution, management, support, evidence and relationship management;
newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe;
technical logs are retained for as long as necessary for security, error analysis and management;
cookie and analytics data are retained according to the settings of the relevant service and your cookie preferences.
7. With whom do we share personal data?
We only share personal data when necessary for our services, business operations or legal obligations.
We may share or have data processed by hosting providers, email and communication providers, accounting and administration services, banks, analytics and cookie tools, support and project management tools, IT and software suppliers, subcontractors, advisors and government agencies when this is legally required.

We process personal data as much as possible within the Netherlands or the European Economic Area.

This includes secure connections, access restrictions, careful account management, updates, security patches, backups, logging where appropriate, confidentiality and agreements with suppliers.

11. What rights do you have?
Depending on the situation, you have the right to ask us to:

- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data;
- restrict processing;
- transfer data;

You can submit a request via info@Webkracht.nl. To prevent abuse, we may ask you to confirm your identity in an appropriate manner.
Sometimes we may not be able to fulfill a request, or not fully, for example because we still need certain data for a contract, legal obligation, security purpose, administration or legal claim. In that case, we will explain why.
