There are many factors that determine whether Drupal is the best approach for your website.

Advantages of Drupal

- Open source. Drupal is fundamentally free and open source. Of course, this doesn’t mean the installation, development, and maintenance of the website are free. It simply means you can use the system however you see fit.

- Excellent speed. Compared to other open-source systems like WordPress or Joomla, Drupal scores well in terms of speed, provided you don’t use too many modules. This is largely due to the built-in caching system.

- Many modules. Thanks to Drupal’s popularity, there are a huge number of modules available. You can also always add your own modules.

- Security. Unlike other systems such as WordPress, Drupal places a strong emphasis on security. Although open-source systems will always face security issues because the code is available to everyone

Disadvantages of Drupal

- Complexity. Building and developing a website in Drupal is not straightforward. It has a steep learning curve to use it effectively.
Due to its unfriendly interface, a Drupal website can be challenging to manage without the help of developers.- Frequent major version updates. In recent years, many new Drupal versions have been released that are not compatible with previous versions. This can mean you need to invest significantly to keep your website secure and up to date.

Is Drupal the best choice for me?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to what the best choice is for your website or project. It depends on several factors, including whether you are willing to familiarize yourself with a complex system and whether you see the advantages while understanding the disadvantages.

Often, our customers choose to manage their website and content themselves. However, if you don’t have the time or simply prefer to outsource it, we can take care of that for you as well.

Together with you, we’d be happy to set up, migrate, and maintain your website and social media.

Which software or CMS do you recommend?

Which software or CMS is best for you depends entirely on your needs. There is a lot of software available that you can use to set up great websites and web projects.

We prefer to work with open source systems, or systems where we have extensive experience, so that we can guarantee the quality of our work. We work with WordPress, Drupal, Magento and TYPO3, among others. We also work with the Laravel framework and the Laravel-based CMS Exolog.

How much does my new website cost?

A good question, but a difficult one to answer, since the answer depends precisely on your wishes and needs.

Building a custom-designed and programmed website is a different story than simply choosing and adjusting a template.
