How can our websites be improved?
010NOTARIS first approached Webkracht to do some small jobs. Then came the question if we also wanted to help with the technical rebuild of their website, because the technology, speed, security and score in Google could be a lot better. Also in the area of mobile friendly, improvement was needed.
The challenge
The website of 010NOTARIS has a huge number of pages. Each of these pages scores a certain way in Google. It was important not only to maintain this score, but also to build on it.
In addition, the technology was out of order; the website was using too many plugins, making it slow and unmanageable.
The challenge was to improve the technique, speed, security and score in Google, within the possibilities of the website.
The result
Together with 010NOTARIS, a plan of action was outlined. In constant consultation with the content manager, the website was improved in phases. Not only the technique, but also the mobile-friendliness and score in Google improved over time.
Eventually, the code had to go through a major overhaul to do this.
