The demand
Latenzo wanted more customers in the shop. They knew that this meant they had to make a move online. They asked Webkracht to develop a new website and newsletter. They also asked for support for a number of online social campaigns.
The challenge
Latenzo had a webshop in addition to both shops. However, the webshop and shop were administratively two separate channels. This was not always clear to Latenzo's visitors and created a number of challenges.
The decision to say goodbye to the webshop meant another challenge. Namely that they wanted to get more out of their shoppers.
So the focus had to come to designing and building a beautiful and well-functioning website that attracted more visitors to the shop.
The result
After several sessions, it was decided to design the website in a clean, clear and modern way. The look of the website fits in perfectly with the style of the shop and other expressions. Much use was made of imagery and icons.
The Shop The Look section was devised, to give people a good idea of what is trending and on sale in the shops within the season. The extensive brand database helps fans find the right brand. In addition, those pages rank very well in Google, thus bringing in new customers.
Another great feature is the personal shopping planner. With this planner, you can easily make an appointment in the online agenda. You indicate your style preferences and Latenzo employees will find the right clothes for you. This will help you find your favourite outfit in a personal fitting session.
About Latenzo Udenhout
When you think of fashion shops in Udenhout, you quickly think of Latenzo. This family-run business has been a household name in the town and surrounding area for over 50 years. A lot has changed in this time, but one thing is certain: at Latenzo, you always shop the latest women's and men's fashion.
In 1962, Latenzo began as a workshop with 35 tailors. Soon, a clothing hall was opened next to the atelier.
In the years that followed, Latenzo grew into a true fashion chain with shops in Udenhout and Goirle.
